These Terms govern your use of the Imperialgulfgrand website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort welcome adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age at entry you declare that you meet this requirement. Photo identification may be requested upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. The full balance is settled on departure unless other terms are agreed.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations are free up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay cost. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or others at risk, damages property, violates gaming rules, or otherwise ignores reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on the property is governed by International law and restricted to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits may be set at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. Valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Imperialgulfgrand or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms fall under the law of International. Any dispute shall be heard exclusively by the competent courts of Cannes.
